Hi, I'm Liam, the driving force behind CraftedPOWR. With a rich background in performance coaching and ongoing studies in performance nutrition, I aim to combine this knowledge and propel athletes towards their highest potential. At CraftedPOWR, I've crafted a holistic approach that goes beyond traditional training methodologies. I believe in addressing every facet of an athlete's journey, from tailored workouts to personalised nutritional plans, ensuring comprehensive support for optimal results.
